How many times per week should I be training my core?
If you're a beginner level I suggest starting twice per week on Phase 1 and increase to 3 times per week during 3 weeks, before moving to Phase 2 exercises.
If you're intermediate or advanced level you can start by training 3 times per week on Phase 1 during 3 weeks and then move to Phase 2, training 3 times per week.
Advanced level can combine Phase 1 and Phase 2 exercises together training 3 times per week for an optimal result.
Can I do your Hybrid Core Reset even if I have back issues?
